FTI Manufacturing maintains and operates a 4,000 sq. ft. dedicated in-house facility exclusively for sheet metal finishing, ensuring precision, consistency, and strict quality control at every stage. Our advanced setup includes a 12-tank pretreatment line, a fully integrated overhead chain-link conveyor system, and a state-of-the-art powder coating booth with auto/manual back-to-back operation. Equipped with reciprocator-mounted applicators for precision coating, a mono-cyclone recovery system for 100% powder reuse, and pulse jet filters for a clean, pollution-free environment, our system ensures maximum efficiency. A LPG-fired curing oven, maintaining temperatures of 200, 220°C for 18 minutes, delivers uniform, durable finishes with superior adhesion. This infrastructure allows us to seamlessly handle both large-scale production and custom projects. Additionally, we offer RoHS-compliant chem film treatment, providing excellent corrosion resistance while meeting environmental standards.
